This is how my service works for you! I will meet with you in the comfort of your home, where your pet(s) will remain while you are away. A contingency plan will be put in place in the event of a pets illness or emergency. If a pet emergency arises, I will notify you and your veterinarian to receive further instructions.

• Step 1: Call us to set up an appointment.
• Step 2: I will meet you in your home with your pet(s) or livestock.
• Step 3: Please have your pet(s) history, habits, veterinarians information, your contact information for your absence, names and phone numbers of anyone who has access to your home while you are away. We require two house keys that have been tested.
• Step 4: A service contract will be completed clearly stating your services, the dates and fees. I want to ensure your pet(s) comfort and your worry free travel.
• Step 5: Your service request begins. Daily instructions are carried out. A text is sent sometimes daily or on the last day letting you know how things went. You can also get daily text or e-mails. Therefore easing you mind as to the status of your animals.
• The typical House Calls consist of the following:
  • Bringing in the newspaper & mail on our way to care for your pet(s).
  • Feeding and fresh water for the pet(s).
  • Spending time playing with and/or exercising the pets.
  • Scooping the yard and/or litter box.
  • Setting out the garbage cans if need be.
  • Lots of love and attentions for the pets before leaving.
  • A security check around the house before locking up.
• Step 6: Service continues until you CALL or TEXT to say you are home. You can call at any hour. You can also leave voice mail message and I will reply as soon as possible.
